Prices are quoted per order and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote covers the quantity, face stock, liner, die and pack stated in it.
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, including the approved artwork and the die reference.
Terms are agreed per order. Production starts after the deposit clears.
Lead times run from artwork approval, not from the order date. Dates are estimates until the goods are booked.
Material is supplied to the specification confirmed in the order. Report any defect within 15 days of receipt, with the roll or carton reference.
Custom-cut material cannot be returned unless it fails the agreed specification.
Artwork and dies supplied by the customer remain the customer's property. We do not reuse them for other buyers.
These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China.
